Happy birthday Jennifer Aniston, one of the most iconic actresses of our time.
We can’t believe she will be celebrating her 53rd birthday on 11th February. Because she definitely doesn’t look 53 and still looks so hot after all these years!
She has made an incredible career out of playing a range of characters from sweet to sassy, funny to romantic, and I can’t get enough of her. She has been nominated for an Academy Award, a Golden Globe Award, and several Screen Actors Guild Awards.
Actress Jennifer Johanna Aniston was born on February 11, 1969, in the Sherman Oaks neighborhood of Los Angeles to actress Nancy Dow and Greek-born actor John Aniston.
Her parents split up when she was just 9 years old. She has an older maternal half-brother, John Melick, and a younger paternal half-brother, Alex Aniston. Actor Telly Savalas who was her father’s best friend was also her godfather.
At the age of 6, she found acting at Waldorf school. She has done her schooling at Manhattan’s Fiorello H. LaGuardia High School, New York. There, she joined the school’s drama society.
Her love life has been a little rough on her. She has been married twice but didn’t bear any children with anyone. She was married to Brad Pitt from 2000 to 2005 and then was married to Justin Theroux from 2015 to 2017. Reportedly, she is currently single.

Jennifer Aniston is one of the earliest examples of an American actress who was seen as a “teen star.” She may be best-known for her role as Rachel Green on the show Friends, which she starred in from 1994 to 2004.
Her other notable roles include Grace in The Good Girl, Michelle in Bruce Almighty, and Tracy Flick in Election. In honor of Jennifer Aniston’s birthday, we look back at her most memorable roles in movies and funny moments on the F.R.I.E.N.D.S TV show.
10 Best Rachel Green Moments on F.R.I.E.N.D.S
Jennifer Aniston has been acting since an early age, but she became famous when she was cast as Rachel Green on the popular TV sitcom “Friends.” Her character went through so many dramatic changes throughout the show, but she always remained one of the most likable characters on television.
She has had a lot of memorable Rachel Green moments on Friends, so let’s take a look back at some of those moments!
1. When Rachel Makes the Best Trifle (read worst)
We know Rachel sucks at cooking. She tried making an English trifle with the ingredients of shepherd’s pie. The hilarious part was how she didn’t realize she was doing it wrong.
She stuffed trifle with ladyfingers, beef sauteed with peas and onions, jam, custard, and tops it all off with bananas and whipped cream. And guess what, Joey still enjoyed having it.
2. When Rachel Went Into Labour
From Rachel’s pregnancy mood swings to finally giving birth to Emma, it was a fun ride. Long waiting hours before delivery made Rachel bitter and irritable and gave us many hilarious moments with other expectant mothers in the room including Janice. They had me at puzzling love triangle between Ross, Rachel, and Joey.
3. Hilarious and Inappropriate Lullaby
To make Emma laugh, Rachel sings “Baby Got Back” to her. She and Ross later make it a duo with some dance moves. The song and dance moves were quite inappropriate.
4. Unagi or Salmon Skin Roll
When Ross tells Phoebe and Rachel that unagi is a state of complete awareness, they argue that it is something used in sushi. To prove their point, they hide in his apartment to scare him and when he screams out of fear, Rachel says, “Ah! Salmon skin roll” instead of unagi!
That scene makes me laugh every time!
5. Hunger Pangs
We all remember that scene where Rachel and Chandler ate two whole cheesecakes straight from the floor. Did you want to have a bite too? I do! Even though, cheesecake is not my thing. It was one of the best and most hysterical Rachel Green moments on FRIENDS. Do you agree?
6. Rachel’s Bridal Entry
Imagine chilling in a cafe with your friends and seeing a runaway bride running into your friend? I can never forget the opening scene of FRIENDS where Rachel while soaking wet, came running wearing her wedding gown.
Later, when she goes home with Monica, she calls her dad and has a crackling conversation
and tells him half-heartedly – “Maybe I don’t need your money.”
We all know how badly she wanted his money.
7. Losing Marcel
Ross asks Rachel to babysit his monkey Marcel, but when she goes to take out the garbage, she forgets to close the door of the apartment behind her and loses Marcel. Her behavior and reaction once Ross finds out is a fun piece to watch.
8. Hideous Pink Bridesmaid Dress
Your ex-best friend’s wedding could be very awkward and embarrassing. On top of it, what if you had to wear a hideous pink Pepto Bismal Little Bo-Peep bridesmaids dress? It doesn’t end there. You would also have to walk down the aisle with the back of your dress tucked into your fully exposed undies. It’s a nightmare, right?
Rachel HAD to go through that. This scene became one of the most memorable and hilarious Rachel Green Moments of FRIENDS.
9. The One Where Ross Finds Out
This is the episode where Ross finds out that Rachel was over him when he didn’t know she was ever attracted to him. Even though it has nothing to do with you, you would want to get that phone back before Ross can hear that voicemail.
I’ve always been fascinated by Rachel Green’s antics on FRIENDS, and I think this was one of her best moments.
10. Eye Drops for Rachel
Rachel is scared of getting anything into her eye.
Remember that scene where it took four whole adults to get one Rachel Green to take her prescribed eye drops?
